As the title suggests, the show was about two stupid dogs - Big Dog (sheepdog) and Small Dog (dachshund) in 2 short cartoons for each show. Each show also had a Secret Squirrel short alongside it. It marked the resurgence of Hanna-Barbera in the 1990s.
