Yakko, Wakko and Dot Warner claim to be
stars of early Warner Bros. cartoons, so insane that the films were
locked away in vaults. The trio escape from the water tower in the
Warner Bros. lot. Complete with other characters and storylines
amongst celebrity appearances! They are literally Animaniacs!
The show featured many short skits featuring a large cast of unique
characters. Each episode was traditionally composed of three short
mini-episodes, each starring a different set of characters.

first was Tiny Toon Adventures. Atfer Animaniacs, they made Pinky
and the Brain and Freakazoid.
