Yakko, Wakko and Dot Warner claim to be stars of early Warner Bros. cartoons, so insane that the films were locked away in vaults. The trio escape from the water tower in the Warner Bros. lot. Complete with other characters and storylines amongst celebrity appearances! They are literally Animaniacs!

The show featured many short skits featuring a large cast of unique characters. Each episode was traditionally composed of three short mini-episodes, each starring a different set of characters.

This was the second animated series by Steven Spielberg and Warner Brothers - the first was Tiny Toon Adventures. Atfer Animaniacs, they made Pinky and the Brain and Freakazoid.

Did you know... The show introduced the popular cartoon characters Pinky and the Brain, who were subsequently spun-off into their own TV series in 1995.
