Throttle, Modo and Vinne (biker mice) escape from war
on Mars. They crash land in Chicago where they discover Plutarkians
plotting to plunder Earth's natural resources as they did on Mars.
There was a new series introduced in 2006.
In the first episode
of the 1993 series, when the mice save Charley from Greasepit,
Modo makes a reference to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with
"You were expecting turtles, maybe?"
The
Hairball character is modeled after creator Rick Ungar's own cat,
Conejo.
